Electric backyard smoker for sale.
MasterBuilt - MES 30B
Not quite giving it away, but darned Close.
We bought the smoker three weeks ago and it's really fun. I've used it for ribs (m-m-m-m), game hens, chicken, hamburgers
and cob corn, to mention a few and couldn't be happier with the results. It's not only easy to use, but the M/B folks have
hundreds of recipes on-line, and they all look great - I speak of the recipes and not the M/B folks !
Okay, okay, so why are we selling it, you ask?
It can do everything, is easy to use, but I found one little issue; I like to smoke salmon and the recipe says to smoke it at 160
degrees, and 190 degrees needed to ignite the wood chips. Nothing else I've found requires low heat but for someone who
likes smokes salmon I need it!
(Don't get me wrong - I have smoked the salmon, but it takes a little running back and forth. The salmon turned out GREAT, but
I'm gettin' lazy in my old age!)
The smoker comes all set up and includes the heavy duty legs and a bonus of two covers to keep the weather at bay for years.
That's the story - a good entry level smoker. We paid $105, brought it home and even set it up, We also broke it in for the new
owner! The good news is that it's yours for $50 !!
Delivery is not included, so bring your pick-up truck!
